About Me

Meredith Knauer, MS, CACP

Hi, I’m Meredith, and I am a young professional ADHD Coach, consultant, and tutor with a passion for helping people with ADHD achieve their goals, manage their symptoms, and navigate the ever increasing responsibilities that come with growing older. I have a master’s degree in psychology, am a Certified ADHD Coach Practitioner through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches, and have 4 years of experience working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults both in schools and at home.

Throughout my time working with people with ADHD and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, I have helped my clients understand their neurodivergent brains, become self-reliant, work to their strengths, downplay their challenges, build up confidence, and reign in their symptoms. Let me help you go from frazzled and all-over-the-place to productive and put-together. It would be a joy to walk with you until you’re ready to take off and soar to greater heights.
