These are my go-to resources that I share with clients to help them feel seen, understood, and to learn more about their wonderful brains.

CHADD logo

Has large directories for all sorts of ADHD professionals, support groups, training courses, informational handouts, and news updates about ADHD.

Understood logo

Contains information about ADHD and learning disorders, common associated struggles, and helpful action-based tips.

ADDA logo

Focused on building community, providing informational content, and helping ADHD adults grow and thrive. Also contains a resource directory.

AACAP logo

Has medication guides in multiple languages as well as helpful information about common challenges for ADHD children.

ADDitude magazine logo

Articles are medically reviewed and contain information and tips for almost any aspect of ADHD you can think of and any stage of life.

ADHD Awareness Month logo

Featuring daily tips, memes, stories, webinars, and all kinds of information about ADHD life.

Embrace Autism
Autism Society logo
ASAN logo

Contains information about Autism, self-assessments, history, strengths and challenges, and blog posts about different topics regarding Autism.

Dedicated to connecting people to resources, gainful employment, safety, and Autism acceptance. They have a large library of information about Autism sorted by topic.

A nonprofit by Autistic people for Autistic people focused on fostering self-advocacy and disability rights. They also have articles about advocacy, policy,  and Autistic culture.

Holds workshops, trainings, and social events. Also has a large library of information about Autism in adults and resources about mental health, family dynamics, and intersections with different communities.

A UK based research group that provides information on Autism, common comorbidities, support strategies, and webinars.
