Weekly College Group Coaching

Looking for a more affordable option for coaching during your undergraduate or graduate years? Group coaching is an excellent way to not only build executive functioning skills, but also to build self-esteem and find other students who are experiencing similar struggles with academics, social life, and the need for independence.

Achieve your goals, find self-satisfaction, and gain independence with the help of an ADHD coach who understands the ins and outs of daily school life. From Canvas and 3 hour lectures to accommodations and teacher communication, Meredith is familiar with current daily school life and the greater demands being placed on college students. Together, group members will work towards deadlines, build up the courage to open communication with your teachers, and keep tabs on your school, work, socialization, and health.

In addition to weekly group sessions, members will also have access to co-working sessions and organizational programs to help manage school assignments and make homework a little more fun.
